Kaitlyn Seykora is the  Executive Assistant to the Founder of RLM Media. Majoring in Human  Resource Management and Business Administration and minoring in Business  Law and Management at Winona State University in Minnesota. Kaitlyn  moved to Chicago in 2016 and began expanding her professional career by  interning at RLM Media before accepting a full-time position within the  company in April 2017. After mastering execution of her  responsibilities, Kaitlyn took on the position of Executive Assistant to  the CEO of Unplugged Capital in addition to her role at RLM. 

Kaitlyn has created and  maintains the organized accounting procedures for both RLM and Unplugged  Capital. From schedules to inventory, her creativity and drive enhance  her ability to create and manage organized processes throughout the  entire office. Kaitlyn’s stellar communication skills are used in  communicating with clients and vendors alike. In addition to her role at  RLM and Unplugged Capital, Kaitlyn also works to ensure the Chicago  Digital Network scheduling and system organization is seamless. Katlyn  works closely with Sally Martin and John Martin on weekly PSA  scheduling, Proof of Play reporting, and updating the CDN creative  archives.
